This website represents the joint efforts of a large group of people. The treatment model, Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, was developed jointly by Esther Deblinger, Ph.D., Co-Director of the New Jersey CARES Institute at the Rowan University, and Judith Cohen, M.D., and Anthony Mannarino, Ph.D., who are the Medical Director and Director of the Center for Traumatic Stress in Children and Adolescents, Allegheny General Hospital, in Pittsburgh, PA. Their pioneering work developing and testing this treatment model serves as the basis for this web-based training program. They also provided extensive help and consultation for the development of original training course and this, its revision.

Daniel W. Smith, Ph.D. served as the project coordinator for this web site, and directed its development and construction. He was assisted by Benjamin E. Saunders, Ph.D. Content for the web site was developed by the faculty and staff at the National Crime Victims Research and Treatment Center at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina.
